RX or SCALED?!?!

RX athlete has to be able to:

-HAVE FUN!
-TAKE IT EASY!
-Deadlift 10RM : Male : 130/150kg : Female : 90/110kg
-Do One Legged Squat (Pistol)
-Work with a 32/24kg Kettlebell over your head
-Move from the ground to your over head position 70/55kg
-Perform intermediate gymnastics movements
-Do At least one bar Muscle Up
-Do At least 5 x Bodyweight Cleans
-Run 5k < 24’/26′

a Scaled/Master athlete has to be able to:

-HAVE FUN!
-TAKE IT EASY!
-Deadlift 10RM : Male : 100/120kg : Female : 65/80kg
-Work with a 24/16kg Kettlebell over your head
-Move from the ground to your over head position 60/45kg
-Perform basic gymnastics movements
-Do At least 5 x 0.75 Bodyweight Cleans
-Run 5k <26’/28′
